1. Does XERONTE offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the USA. 

2. Are returns/exchanges accepted at XERONTE?

Yes we definitely do! Please see our return policy for more details. 

3. How quickly will I get my order?

We process and ship all orders out on the next 1-2 business days. Standard orders take 2-5 business days in the USA to be delivered and Priority orders take 1-3 business days from the day it was shipped. Please be aware all timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

In very rare occasions an order may take longer to ship due to unforeseen technical issues. If you have not received a shipment confirmation after 2 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days)please feel free to contact us.

4. How can I track my order?

Just login to you XERONTE account and check your "Orders Page". We upload tracking information on the next 1-2 business days after the order was placed. 

5. Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.

 

7. Do you have size charts for your products?

Yes, we definitely do. Links to all size charts are located at the bottom menu of our website on any page you are on. 

8. What if i provided and incorrect or incomplete address and the order has shipped already?

We ship to the address you provide if you accidentally put the wrong address please contact us immediately with the correct address. If it has already shipped we can not change it nor will we refund the order if it is delivered to the address you provided unless it is sent back to us. We are not responsible for your incorrect address. 

9. What if my package is delivered but was stolen?

We are not responsible for the safety of your address you provided or neighborhood. This should be reported to local authorities and taken seriously as this is a crime. We will not refund these orders. Please make sure to use a secure address or mailbox for your online orders. 

10. Will XERONTE restock iits products?

We usually restock most of our core products. In rare cases some products may no longer be restocked for any restocking questions please feel free to contact us.
