Refund policy

We accept all items for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.

All items being returned must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. This date is determined by the "delivered" date on your tracking information for the shipment. Return costs are paid by the customer as we do not offer return shipment labels.

Items must then be shipped and given to USPS to be shipped to us within 2-3 business days of that request. Please be sure all postage has been paid as we will not accept or pay for any return shipping costs. This will cause a delay in your return being processed or cause it to no longer be accepted by Xeronte.

Any items found to be in damaged. used or in worn condition will not be processed or returned to you.

To return an order it can be shipped to the address below and should include a note with your order number and state if you would like a refund or exchange. Any item returned for exchange will only be processed if the new item requested is in stock. If an item is no longer in stock your order may be refunded instead.
